SEQUOIA® SRT

SEQUOIA® SRT is a tree care seat harness for ascents on a single rope. It has a ventral attachment point that allows a ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusik to be installed with CHICANE and KNEE ASCENT accessories. The extra-wide, semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide comfort for the arborist. It is equipped with DOUBLEBACK PLUS self-locking buckles on the waistbelt and FAST LT PLUS buckles on the leg loops. The gated attachment points allow the user to easily connect a ZILLON or MICROFLIP lanyard, or to install several attachment bridges and accessories directly on the bridge. The harness also makes it easy to carry and organize work tools, with multiple equipment loops and slots for attaching CARITOOL tool holders.

Design and Comfort Features

• Ventral Attachment Point: Ideal for installing mechanical devices like the ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS with CHICANE and KNEE ASCENT accessories. A rear buckle supports a CROLL ventral rope clamp with SECUR shoulder straps.
• Enhanced Comfort: Semi-rigid, wide waistbelt and leg loops are sculpted and lined with foam padding for superior comfort during suspension. The ventral attachment point includes a textile bridge for improved comfort when walking.
• Attachment Points: Two gated points facilitate easy connection of devices like the ZILLON or MICROFLIP lanyard, and allow for the installation of multiple attachment bridges and accessories directly on the bridge (RING, SWIVEL).
• Lateral Mobility: An attachment bridge and mobile side attachment points enhance the user’s ability to follow the orientation of the lanyard during lateral movements.

Adjustability

• DOUBLEBACK PLUS and FAST LT PLUS Buckles: Provide quick and easy adjustment of the waistbelt and leg loops, featuring a locking system that limits the risk of accidental unfastening. The buckles are equipped with a plastic cover for additional security.
• Adjustable Attachment Bridge: DOUBLEBACK buckles allow for height adjustment of the attachment bridge, enabling the arborist to position themselves comfortably.

Tool Management and Accessories

• Tool Organization: Nine pre-shaped equipment loops with protective sheath, five slots for CARITOOL tool holder, and two retainers for a chainsaw or handsaw.
• First Aid Kit Attachment: Includes an elastic band specifically for attaching a first aid kit.
• Additional Accessories: A seat to improve comfort during prolonged suspension, and optional shoulder straps that connect to the ventral attachment point and the two rear slots on the waistbelt to distribute the load to the shoulders.
