VAT Exemption for Intra-European Business Purchases
When you are a company within Europe and want to purchase products from us, you may qualify for VAT exemption under the EU intra-community supply rules. To apply this exemption, the you must be registered for VAT in your country and provide a valid VAT identification number. This number will be verified in the EU VAT Information Exchange System (VIES). Once verified, the transaction can be zero-rated for VAT, meaning no VAT will be charged. However, it’s essential you company is handling VAT reporting in your country. We ensure compliance by maintaining accurate records of your VAT details and adhering to EU cross-border trade regulations.
Providing a VAT identification number
- In your shopping cart, click on “Add VAT Number” located just above the orange checkout button.
- Enter your email address to create an account. If you already have an account, use the email address associated with it.
- Enter your valid VAT number
- Proceed to the checkout
- Send an email to support@ibexo.eu or use our contact form with you company details and your VAT number. We will create an account for you and share the login credentials.
