Elasticated strap with a working length of 90 - 140 cm for securing heavy tools. What makes this leash special is the little integrated schok absorber. If the heavy tool, e.g. a chain saw, is dropped, the shock absorber reduces the resultant force peaks on the harness and the user. NOT PPE.
